Lee & Kevin | Birmingham Botanical Gardens Wedding & Reception Birmingham, Alabama

Dorothy McDaniel’s Flower Market loves our brides and Lee was no exception. The wonderful husband and wife duo Kelli and Daniel Taylor of Kelli + Daniel Taylor Photography referred Lee to us. There is nothing more exciting than knowing a fellow wedding vendor trusts you to take care of their client on their big day. Thanks you two!

Lee and Kevin chose Birmingham Botanical Gardens for their wedding ceremony, and they certainly picked the perfect day. The weather was absolutely perfect for an Alabama Spring wedding.

Lee’s daughters, who served as her attendants, wore periwinkle satin dresses and Lee wanted the flowers and décor to center around that color.

Lee's bridal bouquet consisted of blue hydrangea, white roses, purple veronica, and green hypericum berries. The stems were wrapped in a white satin ribbon.

Lee pins on the ring bearer's boutonniere, a hot pink lisianthus bloom. We thin he might be the cutest ring bearer we've ever seen, what do you think?

Lee and Kevin had a small, private ceremony, and Birmingham Botanical Gardens was perfect. The altar flowers were two large bouquets in grey urns which consisted of Bells of Ireland, blue hydrangea, Queen Anne's lace, lavender stock, cool water roses, scabiosa, white roses, thistle, and white snapdragons.
