Meredith & Matt | Calvary Baptist Church Wedding & Cypress Inn Pavilion Reception Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Meredith and her mother, Meg, became family to Dorothy McDaniel’s Flower Market during the planning on Meredith and Matt’s spring wedding. They are absolutely two of the sweetest ladies we have ever worked with, and to be honest — we’re sad that we don’t have another wedding to plan with them!

Meredith and Matt tied the knot at the beautiful Calvary Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and they held their reception at the new Cypress Inn Pavilion also in Tuscaloosa. We could spend all day talking about what great vendors were involved, but we’ll keep it short.

The wedding day certainly couldn’t have been pulled off without the expertise of wedding planner Meghan Cease of M. Elizabeth Events, and the details would not have been captured without the lady behind the lens: Arden Ward of Arden Photography. Birmingham cake baker Barb Sullivan of Barb’s Cakes created two beautiful cakes. Holloway Productions, who always does an amazing job, served as the videographer. If you haven’t seen the video yet please do not miss out: Meredith & Matt by Holloway Productions.

For her bridal bouquet Meredith wanted simple and classic: all white peonies. The result against her beaded bridal gown was jaw dropping.

Meredith's bridesmaids carried clutch bouquets of blush and green flowers including antique green hydrangea, French tulips, white peonies, blush calla lilies, pink O'Hara garden roses, cream spray roses, and dusty miller. Each was wrapped in champagne satin ribbon and looked great against the ladies' taupe bridesmaid dresses.
